Pastor Scott is a graduate of New Mexico State University and completed his Master of  Divinity at Luther Seminary in 1996.  He has served as pastor in Soap Lake, Washington;  Fountain Hills, Arizona; and Chandler, Arizona.  His expertise and strengths are in preaching, worship leadership, teaching, youth and family ministry, building a sense of community, strategic and mission planning, pastoral care, music, arts, administration, communication, media, self-care and family life.

graduated from The Lutheran School of Theology, Chicago, Illinois in 2008 with an MA in Theology.  She served as a Health & Wellness Coordinator for 7 Divinity Schools through The Lutheran School of Theology | University of Chicago for 5 years.  She continues to consult and coach Leaders of Church all over the world.  Ingrid has been a Professional Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Medical Exercise, as well as being a Fitness Instructor, Health & Wellness Consultant and Life Coach for 20 years in Maine, Chicago, Nantucket and Washington.  She has her BFA degree with a concentration in Studio Drawing from the University of Southern Maine. She teaches art classes to children and adults: Painting, 2-D Design, Drawing, Bookmaking and Printmaking.  Her contact e-mail is:

Director of Music Ministries, Dr. Marshall Jones
Marshall comes to us most recently from Beatrice, Nebraska, but Florida before that where he earned Master and Doctor degrees in Music Theory and Composition.  He has worked with Lutheran congregations for almost 12 years, playing piano and organ, directing choirs and handbells, leading soloists and ensembles to offer their talents, planning worship, encouraging kids to be involved in music ministry, and reaching out to the community to share God’s word in service and song. Secretary, Brenda Corbin joined the Bethlehem staff in April, 2010.  She was born and raised in Maryland.  She and Roy are both avid photographers. Contact email:

Custodian Kent Gunderson joined the Bethlehem staff in September of 1997.  He gives careful attention to the church properties, facility and grounds.  Kent is married to Annette and has three children.
